I just went to my doctor on Monday and got cleared for lifting, working, exercising etc at my PP checkup. So today is the day I am starting my health plan.
I have had issues with an eating disorder and am trying so hard not to go back to that way of eating/losing weight. So I joined SuperTracker so I could keep track of my food intake, my exercise, weight goals etc. I also have a MyPyramid Tracker to keep up with my calorie intake vs. output so I can make sure Im not entering into any kind of starvation area. My problem with food is I hate eating (love food though) and I hate knowing how much fat and calories Im eating. Im actually scared of eating a lot. But I won't get into my body/weight issues here.
Today I am starting a health plan to help me lose weight in a healthy way and get down to a healthy (i.e. not overweight) range. Right now I am 5'5" tall and weight 188 lbs. My target weight is 150 lbs and I hope to reach that weight by January 2013.
This is kind of a pointless post but Im excited to finally be doing this in a healthy way. Every time I have lost a significant amount of weight it was from overexercising and barely eating.
