born preemie size

my baby was born preemie size but was born at 37 weeks . i wanted to know how much weighted at birth & how much your baby gained in the first month ?
my little girl was 4lbs 13oz & when we went to the docs last Wed . she was 6lbs . she has another apt Thurs . so we will see if she keeps gaining good . (:

My daughter was a 26 weeker, but left the NICU at 6 lbs. She was still in preemie diapers and clothes when she was discharged.

My son was born at 37 weeks 4 days and weighed 4lbs 3oz. Came home at 3lbs 15oz.
At one month he was 6lbs even.

My daughter was 37wks. 7lbs exactly. She came home at 6lbs. I don't remember her growth the first month because it was 3 years ago. I do know it was a little slow because I was having issues with my milk supply.

Wow...my 37 weeker was 7lbs 9 oz.

my daughter was born at 5pounds 4oz .. and can still fit in preemie clothes and shes a month and 2weeks old .. at a month old she weighed 6 pounds 12oz and new born is still big on her .. but she has acid re flux so shes slowly gaining wight

they said my little momma was IUGR . so they induced me , thats why she was so small . but thanks for the replies . (:

Oh that makes sense. Well she seems to be gaining weight well and growing so that's great!!

My daughter was born at 41 weeks but she weighed 7 lb 4 ounces but all her 0-3 months clothes were really big for her   lol but now at 3 months and 2weeks old she's getting heavy. last month I weighed her she was 11lb and some oz can't remember but going to weighed her tomoz . 

she is starting to fit into her NB clothes . they are still a little big but she is growing out of the preemie clothes ( her arms & legs dont fit /: lol ) but the NB she still swims in those so i have to fold her pants & sleeves up . she ' s just so tiny . lol !

my daughter was born at 37 weeks, 2 days and was 6 pounds 11 oz. by a month she was around 8 pounds. she never fit preemie anything.

LO was born weighing 2lbs came home at 3 months and 5lbs

my son was 37 1 day weighed 5 lbs 12 oz now he is 15 months 35 lbs

he was out of preemie clothes in like a month

My son was a 28 weeker at 2 lbs 2.5 oz. He is now 7 weeks old today and weighs 4 lb 1.1 oz. He is still in preemie clothes and is still in NICU

One of my boys was 6 lbs at 40 weeks Came home weighing 5 lbs 9 ounces. Wore preemies until 5 weeks old. He weighed a little over 8 lbs at 3 months but had a milk allergy which was causing frequent vommiting. Once we got things settled he started gaining more consistently. Although now at 3 he weighs 23.4 lbs.
