I used fenugreek with my last son. it worked very well for me. u just have to double up on dosage if u see ur milk staying at the same consistancy. and I will be using that plus mothers milk this go round. I hope the mothers milk works. oh and I have heard that eating oatmeal helps. and pump more often then regular feeding times. pump inbetween.

I'm sorry they came so suddenly but what great weights and no significant problems. I hope you can see your baby boy soon. As for supply, I pumped after every feeding. So, when you pump as if your feeding baby, pump an extra 15-20 mins. It's going to signal your body that it needs to produce more. I was making 20 oz easy each boob pretty soon after birth. I was amazed. CONGRATS MAMA!!! Welcome to twin motherhood...it's a whole different ballgame now

aww congrats!! I delivered my twin boys at 34 weeks as well mine were baby a 4lbs 14 oz and baby b was 4 lbs 15 oz both came in at 17.5 inches long, so you did great delivering at 34 wks such big babies, mine were in the NICU due to breathing problems, but i can advice fenugreek pills for milk production and mothers milk organic tea sold at gnc, worked good for me, it was just producing for twins that got really hard! Good luck!

WOW!! 6lbs is a great weight!! my son was a 34 weeker but he was 4lbs.. and he had major feeding issue and reflux...took us a month to get on out of the real intensive care unit to the step down one...and then he kept having ALTE so he had to be brought back again to intensive....but now hes a trooper!! still brain probs, and breathing probs but getting stronger as time passes!! dont worry too much ...34 weeks is not that bad...my last was a micro preemie at 25 weeks. and THAT is hell.... 34 weekers should be a breezer in the park.,.you usually dont need to dealo with brain bleeds and surguries as much.;.GL!

as for milk production keep stimulating your breasts....when mine were in nicu i just pumped for 20 mins together even if i was producing nothgin in the beg...but thats how you get your supply going..after a few days i was producing 10 oz per breast...and could slow down a little on pumping...instaed of every 3 i pumped every 4 and still got a good amount
