Logging in help!

My cousin Michelle ( Lady Rain ), is having trouble logging into her BG account. Whenever she logs on her profile is blank and says she needs to fill in her "about me" section..

BUT when I view her profile, it shows all of her information and posts..

Does anyone know why this could be happening and how to fix the problem? Or does she have to start all over?
