I like Jasmine. Not sure about the first name but kudos for being original.

Saffron and jasmine are both things that you'd find in the kitchen, actually they are both things that go with rice lol

One of my guilty pleasures is "hippy/earthy" names... so I actually don't mind Saffron (though, I'd recommend Sapphira instead).

That said, I think it's silly to pair it with Jasmine. Saffron flavored Jasmine rice... that's a bit much to me.

I actually think Sapphira is really pretty and unique.
