Special K Diet?

I knew a girl in HS that this worked for.. But anyone on here ever tried it? Supposely lose 1 inch from your waist in 2 weeks. Right now Im just desperate enough to try anything

Never tried it but let me know if it works..... i need to lose some weight and nothing seems to be working.

The diet consists of2 weeks (or however long you want to do it) of eating two mealsa day either their cereal or a "meal bar" they call it. And then for dinner whatever you want..and if you go to their website they set up a plan for you as well

the special k diet..is a speacial waste of money. i have been eating and drinking special k so much im shitting berries and not one inch off my tubby ass yet.

LMAO!!! So true. The only real way to lose weight is exercise, fresh fruits and veggies, plently of protein and lots and lots of water....other wise known as the not so fun way.

I have been eating that as well. I havent seen any results with ityet but I just started like 4 days ago. The chocolate cereal is pretty good though. It helps with my urge for chocolate.

I was on it for 2 and a half days. I was to hungry to continue. You can eat unlimited fruits and veggies, but that just was not cutting it.
