week 4

i have been having pains in my lower stomach has anyone else nothing extreme tho.

I've had horrible gas pains. lol

Mine feel like menstrual cramps, only milder. Horrible headaches though!

ine are feels like a period cramp but more of a stabbing sharp pain comes and goes

Mines felt like mild menstrual cramps i kept running to the bathroom to check it out lol

I kind of feel like that too sometimes, but it's usually more like period cramps most of the time.

I am having the same thing!!! They are hell! They are off and on all day. From what I read, it's normal as long as it isn't accompanied by bleeding.

I have had a lot of sharp gas pains and gas. However, I have also had some mild pressure wayy down there. Pressure I never had before. My nurse said it could be my uterus stretching as the baby/ies grow. She said it is completely normal. So I wouldn't worry about it. Congrats & good luck!

I have been told the same!! I'm just trying not to worry and be stress free. =P

Also was told from the nurse that it's also caused by dehydration as your uterus is now like a sponge and needs to stay wet.
