SO FRUSTERATED

So I have been running/walking on the treadmill 2 times a day 20 min each and going to the gym and lifting weights 3 days a week. I also coach gymnastics 4 days a week so I get a workout doing that and sometimes do conditioning with the girls, and I only lost one pound in 2 weeks. I am on the slimfast diet and been eating very clean! I feel like my clothes are getting a little looser but that darn scale just wont go down. I gained 75 pounds with the pregnancy and need to loose 30 more pounds, I was hoping to loose 2 pounds a week. I am just so frusterated and need to vent. Is anyone else having this problem. I am breastfeeding so I cant diet to strict, but I have a shake for breakfast and lunch and veggies and fruit then have a clean dinner with lots of protein, and cottage cheese, fruits and veggies. Since delivery the scale only says I have lost 6 pounds but I do feel like I am shrinking a little bit????

you're probably gaining muscle as you loose fat...which is a good thing, but muscle weighs more than fat so it's all good. =D

edited to say: good luck on getting to where you wanna be with your weight/body!

I would do measurements more so than weight. With lifting weights and coaching gymnastics (spotting) your going to get your muscle tone back and that weighs more than fat. Don't get too bummed you sounds like your eating very well and exercising if your clothes are loose thats a good sign, that wouldn't happen with just 6lbs usually. So keep it up!

Oh ok. Well I really wouldn't worry too much what the scale says as long as you look better.   I've been pretty heavy all my life but I've never been big.. when I tell people my weight they're like "there's no way you weigh that much!" It's because i'm muscular and i hold my weight well. (I was a gymnast for 8 yrs and I also ran track so you can probably imagine). 
Maybe your body is just holding weight differently since you gave birth. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat so if you do  lot of strength training you'll look a lot better but the scale probably won't show it. Hope that helped

well I am retarded and cant figure out how to put pictures on here but my before and after pictures are on my Myspace if you care   I did do fitness competitions before so I know how to diet down and get lean but while breastfeeding I am having a hard time. I tried to do a bodybuiling diet but it made my baby really fussy and colicky... I just was not eating enough, plus when I was competiting I could take supplements. I dont want to stop breastfeeding just so I can get skinny again. I just need to vent !!!!!!
