I am starting my diet!! i really hope i will fall through with it.. im starting to feel so bad about my body.. i really need to do something. Wish me luck girls! my goal is to lose 40lbs!

what kindof diet are u on?

im just gonna do my own little diet.. eat better, exercise more.. im gonna stop drinking soda.. no more garlic bread (my fav) just stuff like that.. i need to learn self control.

Ha me too! I gained so much weight with my daugther and Ive wanted to do something about it since I had her but just recently I have really started to feel bad about my self and I think that is what has made me more serious about losing weight, and Ive been doing pretty good

That's what im trying also, my own little diet. However, i have no self control so it hasn't been going so well lol.. Im starting a diet pill made by Xyience called Seven.. Hopefully it works & its supposed to help with mood swings and all that. Soo, maybe i wont get so depressed about being a hippo lol. My daughter is 4 months now and i really gotta crack down on myself..oooh so hard = (

welp.. i havent done very good on this stupid diet.. I just have no self control
