Have I struggled while I was pregnant, no. By the time I got pregnant I had been clean for over 6 years. I've also watched a good friend of mine struggle through her pregnancy with cocaine. Guess what, she got into rehab and her doctors and the people in rehab had her continue her usage so they could safely wean her from the drug, you can't just stop that smurf cold turkey while you're pregnant.
