re: December Babies!!!

So my aunt had a miscarriage this morning. She was due one day after me. She hadn't had any symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea or anything. It really scared me because I keep worrying about my own pregnancy. My doctor told me if you have a lot of nausea it's a good thing because it means you have a lot of pregnancy hormones in your body. I have had severe nausea and vomiting so he said it's a really good sign. I really hope everything goes ok with my pregnancy. I have been really worried. I feel so sorry for my aunt. I don't know how I would deal with that. I couldn't imagine how she must be feeling.

OMG Im sosorry! That is nerve racking for someone so close to you to miscarry. I cannot wait until the 12 week mark.

I had my ultrasound today and we got good news! After the miscarriage in February I was so scared it would happen again, but this time we saw a healthy baby. 7 weeks, 4 days with a strong heart beat!

THATS AWESOME!!! Thank you for including a pic. I have never had an ultrasound so early but I will be getting one May12th at 7 weeks 6 days. I am happy to know what I will be seeing!

It's alright really, I just feel bad for her. Her husband and her have been TTC for a long time now, she had a tubal pregnancy and a chemical and a miscarraige as well.

The only thing you can do is offer an ear... or shoulder... but remember to keep your baby safe and trynot stress too much.

Hi Ladies. Well I had my scan Tuesday and all went really well. Heard the little heart beat, can't believe how fast it is. I thought I would be 9 weeks today but in fact I was 9 on Monday already. I've been reading and sumthing poped up a few times. Niki pls dnt think I'm being nasty but as far as the nausie goes, I dnt think it's got anything to do with how healthy your baby is.... I've had NO nausia but still it's all going great. I am reading tons and all I find is that you must consider yourself lucky not to have morning sickness. I just think that when you say you're very sick and that's a good sign and means your baby is doing great you might make sum girls worry (with no reason) cos they're not as sick as you.... Just my thoughts on it.....

I found out I was pregnant just days after my really good friend. We were also due within a week of each other and excited to go through the pregnancy together and have our babies be born the same time. A month later, I had the miscarriage. It was really hard, but she was very supportive and gave me room when I needed it. Now, 2 months later I'm pregnant again and she just found out there is something wrong with her baby and she'll need surgery immediately after she's born. Making a baby is such a delicate process, I don't mean to scare anyone, but so many things can go wrong. At least with miscarriages, it's not likely you'll have 2 or 3 in a row. The odds are on your side! Let me know if you need to talk, what you're going through with your friend is hard and confusing...I'm sorry you have to go through it

Oh my friend has had a few in a row now. She's having to go to an infertility specialist now. I don't know I feel terrible for her. Me, I only had one back in Oct. and since then have not conceived but she has had say 3 in a row and before that a chemical and before that a tubal. I just wish there was something I could do to help her. I feel bad being around her me being pregnant and her not.. idk.. how do you do it?? I feel like I'm making her feel bad
