Contractions

How will I know if I am in labor for sure cause I am having like this constant mentrual cramp feeling but its not off and on likecontractions would be its just constant cramping, not really enough to complain about but it still hurts but I thought I could tell between braxton hicks and real ones but now I just dont know!! Like I posted earlier I am already a 3 and 80% so hopefully its something happening soon but I dunno!Sorry I know its prolly ben posted b4. Thank you!

Sounds like how my contractions were. I couldn't really time mine from start to finish either. They just seemed to be a constant cramping. Try drinking water and laying down on your left side. If they don't stop after an hour or so I would say you probably need to give your doctor a call and go to L&D.

ok cause I just wasnt sure anymore but I sure hope this is it. But I am at work so I cant lie down lol. I have to stay till 7!

Soo many people told me you will just know when it happens, I was induced so it didnt just happen randomly for me but when I was having contractions I knew it! And when I was ready to push I knew it. So I think when you are really going into labor you will just know. I know it doesnt sound like much help but I promise you, you will know for sure when it is time. But if you think and arent sure, there is nothing wrong with going to the hospital and getting checked.

Well I guess just see how it goes until you get off then. If it starts getting more intense though I would definately leave work and go to L&D. You don't want to be pushing out a baby at work lol.
