Dairy free cupcakes

Does anyone have a recipe for them that actually tastes good? My youngest has a milk allergy but I'm really wanting to do something fun with both my boys for Easter and they love "helping" me bake lol.

I would try to look up vegan cupcakes or cake recipes. The don't use any dairy.

Yeah that second one you posted was the one I was going to try just not sure on how it'll taste. Only thing I've made dairy free in the baking area is pancakes with bisquick and soy milk lol.

My next door neighbors are Vegan and they always brings the pregnant lady (me) samples of their stuff. She makes the best vegan chocolate cupcakes with a peanut butter frosting.

Lol nice! I could have used a neighbor like that when I was pregnant! Yum peanut butter frosting does sound good. Guess it's not a big deal if I end up not liking them I seriously doubt my boys will protest.

OP If you are looking for a "tried and true" recipe, use the chocolate cupcake recipe on theppk.com. I'm vegan, and I've made it many times. My family members all love it (even the non-vegans).

And for future reference, the author of that site has a book called "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World" which is completely awesome. She also has a cookie one. All milk free

Hmmm, I might have to check that out if this is something he's going to have for a while.
