32 weeks is not considered micro-preemie.
As for preemie clothing your cheapest bet is going to walmart, they sell a ton of preemie sized sleepers and make sure you check out the clearance section. We got all our preemie stuff from carters and carters outlet, found a bunch in their clearance section. Target also sells preemie outfits for around ten dollars a piece in their layette section.

I bought all his clothes used (gentle used and looking very good) at ebay, in Lots, just look for Newborn clothes, most people that have full term babies, end up with a lot of clothes new or used once or twice because babies grow very fast...
Also you can look in craigslist, just look for a lot, not for singles items, that way you just have to negotiate and pick it up once and you done, people in craigslist sell lots of 20, 50, 80 or more items usually asking under 1 dollar the piece, you can't beat that, just wash the clothes with Dreft and it will be ready, don't spend a lot of money by buying New, I did that with my first kid and they outgrow the clothes really fast and if you sell it after, you don't get even half of what you spend.
my baby born at 26 weeks and stayed in the NICU for 3 months, he weight 1 pound 6oz and he started to use clothing till he was almost 4 pounds, they only put onsies in the hospital, no sleepers no sure why, even when he was in the open crib, he wear sleepers only 2 days before going home and that because i put them on (i feel the room was cold). the newborn sleepers fit nicely at 5 pounds and up till 7, the preemie size runs too small in my opinion. how much your baby weight now?

Well he officially started to wear clothes today he is at 1700 grams exactly which is three pounds and eleven ounces and also hospital policy here is snap down fronts and sleepers only lol makes it easier for the wires and they keep it warm in the nicu but want him to be able to adjust slowly out of his incubabtor now that he is almost four lbs which is generally when they go to an open crib yay!

at his rate of growth assuming he keeps having some growth spurts i should get about three months of use most likely out of his clothes but at home i see no purpose in changing his clothes that much. Originally I was thinking just a diaper unless we went out but being preemie kinda messed that up lol they change him that much for sanitary reasons and also to get him used to day and night changes like what they do with the lights and position changes. I see no purpose in this and am thinking clothes yes but onsies will be used here and they cant be at the nicu cause of his wires and a blanket to help him stay warm rather than constant switching of sleepers and outfits..
