I HATE SEX!

So, my daughter turned 1 on the 4th of April, and ever since I had her, I don't want ANYTHING to do with sex! Just the thought of it repulses me. I feel bad for my husband, because we only have sex like 1 time a month, but I just don't want to do it! I want to know if any of you feel the same, or if I'm just weird!!!

I was the same way with my first child. Before I had her I loved sex...but after her I was totally turned off. Once I got pregnant again with my son I started wanting sex again....and now after my son is here everything is back to normal.

I lost my sex drive the 1st month of pregnancy and now, I'm 12 weeks PP today and still don't have it back.....I still have it with my husband because it's selfish of me not to, but I'd be totally fine with not having it....and I'm afraid of getting pregnant again, being I can't afford to go to the doctor and have the IUD inserted and am allergic to condoms. No joke. Go figure.

That's true. I think a lot of mine was mental too. I just wasn't attracted to my husband anymore. We went downhill so fast after having my daughter. I'm engaged to another man now and things couldn't be better. (I'm not meaning go leave your husband though)

i'm the same way, my son is only 8 months. But I can count the number of times we've had sex on my two hands.

I just can't bring myself to even think about it.....

I am not attracted to my husband in anyway either... He works for the railroad so hes never home anyway, but sex with another man doesn't sound good either. Nothing does. I still do it for him once in a while, but I just am not attracted to him...

Are you just unhappy in your marriage or with yourself? I know that sometimes when I"m really depressed or there are things going on in my household that sucks that I have felt that way about my husband, too.

I don't know. When he takes a day off, I don't have so many doubts about us... Who knows... All I know is I would LOVE to have my sex drive back already!!!

Well it could just be hormones or even late-PPD...I've heard of women having post-pardum depression from 6 months to a year after conceiving....I'm not sure how true that it but I've heard it nonetheless. Do you feel trapped in your relationship?

After having our son, I was fine for awhile but it got to the point that, for no reason at all (at the time), the very thought of my husband repulsed me and I didn't think I ever loved him at all.....and at the time, he was being really supportive of me. I didn't even want him touching me and was repulsed by him. I realized that it's a surge of hormones mixed with PPD and once I did, things started to get better - well, until last night and this morning. But whatever......have you tried seeing a psychologist/psychatrist?

I'm going to my OBGYN this month, so Im going to talk to her. I have been thinking about going to a counseler too. My mom has mentioned something about PPD kicking in this late...

I am probably one of a few woman who still love sex. We have it once a day still. Before I got pregnant (even while...) we had it 2-4 times/day sometimes.

i rarely have sex too my son gets me exhausted he just turned 1 april 12th so im usually too tired to have sex feel bad for my man too
