Since you're looking for something "Not too white" or "too hood" you picked the wrong names.

After reading them over again, I'm starting to get used to Janiyah....but I don't like Neveah...especially with Janiyah. It rhymes, and sounds weird. Also, too many people that I know recently are naming their daughters Nevaeh, "It's heaven, spelled backwards" is what EVERY one of them says.

And i will catch nothing for saying that i have white family . black . and p.r so you guys will be fine .

Thats irrelevant. Thats like people saying "you talk white"...its an ignorant ass statement. Granted you might have names that are more often used by once race of people versus the other, but a name is a name. Now if you are saying you want names that have Puerto Rican or African origin thats different.

I think Janiyah is a pretty name! I just dont think Nevaeh sounds good with it. But Janiyah is very cute
