yep If your working out it could be muscle. or water weight
but I agree you look great I wouldnt worry about thoes 6lbs.
have you measured?
some weeks I lose nothing but continued to lose inches.

Nope i haven't measured. Nothing seems to be moving for me well in the direction i want. Its been a week since i gained those 6lbs and weighed yesterday after exercising after i cooled down and no loss. I walk a lot at work and do zumba everyday. Thanks i tell everyone i weigh 156 and most stare at me like i lost my mind. lol

Im thinking it has to be i mean i have a tummy when i sit but i always have that.

I drink a lot water well beisdes yesterday. Yesterdays water stunk.

i staled for 2 months with 15lbs to go so i started walking 1 mile every other day and only ate fruits and veggies for snacks. i also uped my water intake by 3 glasses a day. and i'm still nursing my 10 month old.

So i havnt lost in a while, been staying at 140, havnt worked out for a while either. Started back on the wii 3 days ago and going to do one more day of that then start the 30day shred on Saturday.
Would love to lose 15-20lbs by my birthday October 22nd but I know thats a big goal so I will take whatever I get.

I keep bloating losing bloating losing so kind of maintaining 3lbs +/- but thats because i really don't have time to exercise. I try to at work but then i have homework to do and then i ya i can't really run around my work in the middle of the night. lol

This thread kind of died lol so I dont know if anyone is reading this but september is long over and I didnt reach my goal but Im really happy with what I did get....
I lost 24 out of the 36 I wanted so thats great !
hope eveyone continues with there weightloss !!!
My new goal is 15lbs by christmas....wish my luck

I havnet reached mine either but by December when my son is 9 months I hope to be back to 117, been in between 128 and 126 lately.
