I'm in   i rarely get on this site anymore - But i will come on to this thread for some motivation to get this stupid weight off.

It sucks! I'm ready to get back to work though! I've done great today with eating and I'm hoping to get some cardio in tonight! We are getting our photos taken tonight so I'll have to get it in after that!

I feel so fat today!!
I went to a family dinner last night, and 2 people were there, i havent seen them for 6 months now.
Well they were on the bigger side, and they lost like 50 pounds since seeing them. Me on the other hand have lost about 15 pounds.

I really hope this has something to do with breastfeeding. I am currently weaing my son off. So im hoping since I never really lost weight breastfeeding, that the last 23 pounds to my pre-pregnancy weight will melt off. Then I can focus on getting to my pre-pre-pregnancy weight of 124.

This is the heaviest I have EVER been. Im so not use to this!!! It has taught me something, to not be tooo judgemental of myself.

Don't be too hard on yourself. If anything i would start looking at exactly what you eat, and what you do for your exercise. Also track you inches. I have lost 19 inches but only 6lbs since aug 2011.

I have been tracing inch loss and taking pictures every 2 weeks to a month. Theres lots of inch loss and everything, but barely any weight loss, besides 15 since 2DS was born in July.

Like i said, Im one of the few who barely loses while breastfeeding.

Im doing the 30 day jump start meal plan from the Biggest loser, with a couple modifications.

And the weight is starting to come off again.

Ya, I'm really to start getting back on track as well. I always think to eat right and exercise but I never have the motivation.
