My current wight is just a guess from last months checkup. I will be going to the doctor soon, so ill put my real weigh then.
Current weight: 155
Goal weight: 130
height: 5'8

Current weight: 127 (this morning, I've lost 2.5lbs in the last week

I've tried it all: counting calories, fad diets, pills, etc etc. The only thing that has ever worked for me (personally) is low carb. I don't feel deprived as you can pretty much improvise on anything, and I'm not ever hungry. I'm not a happy person to be around when I'm hungry lol
I just started Turbo Fire. Did day 2 today and I'm terribly out of shape. I felt like my guts were going to come out and I wanted to roll over and die lol.

You can still post in here! With being pregnant you can still eat healthy and exercise. Plus you don't have too much longer until you're due.

Yay! I'm so excited. I've been looking for a summer group to join. I'm 5 weeks postpartum and can't wait to get back in shape!

Since I'm only 5 weeks postpartum, Breast feeding, REALLY out of shape and I've just been put on blood pressure pills in the last few weeks, I'll be starting out slow. I plan to walk or jog on the treadmill for the next two weeks to get my endurance up and then I'm hoping to start Brazilian Butt Lift on April 16th. As far as my diet goes I'm gonna have to play with it and see how my baby handles different foods and I'll be drinking lots of water.

I ran another 4 miles in 30 minutes. I need to learn to pace myself though. It probably doesn't help that when i run i dance and sing too. It may not sound possible, but it is with a few modifications and not being able to breathe properly.   Oh well i have fun.

Back from an appointment.
Ive actually lost 3 lbs in 2 days.
But then again Im only a week pp, and breastfeeding.

It still hurts to walk alot. Im so bummed, I wanted to start jogging since I couldn't while I was pregnant. I'm gonna have to wait longer.

I use to do the same exact thing until we got a treadmill. Music making walking/ running go by much faster, as well as make it funner.

Good job on the 3lbs! Just take it slow for now, hopefully your body will be ready soon.

Soon you will be able to. They recommend you wait at least 2 weeks to do any exercise.
