circumcision at 6 months???

When my son was born they couldn't cirumcise him because his skin was too tight. I was told to bring him back in at 6months so tuesday we go in by this time I had decided NOT to get it done. The urologist looks at him and says his skins is so tight that it is cracking and swelled on the sides. So I HAVE to get it done. They have to put him asleep to do it Has anyone one else had their babies done at this age? Any advice on aftercare? I am kinda scared.

Alex can't be circumsized until 6 months as well, because his foreskin was incomplete

Jayvions had his done at 2months cause he was born 6 weeks early and he had to wait til he was 6 pounds.
