due date issue

my doc says my due date is july 14th. that not correct to me. i will be 25 weeks this sat 3-31-12. i looked and july 7 is 40 weeks. july 14th is 41 weeks....so im confused

a due date is just a guess. It can be off by 2-3 weeks.
Did you have an early ultrasound? If so, go by what the early ultrasound DD is.

I think you counted the weeks wrong. I just looked at my calender and July 14th will be 40 weeks.

Baby will come when baby comes. Don't put too much stock into the due date. 1wk isn't off by much anyway. Go by your first ultrasound if you had an early one. Those are usually pretty close to right.
