Are there any activities that your girls enjoy doing with just their dad? Maybe take them to the park and have them on the swings and have dad come behind them and start pushing them and start talking to them..... SO surprised me at my prom, it was pretty awesome, it's something you never forget.

When I was in high school my (ex)boyfriend had moved away for a few months and then moved back. I thought he was supposed to be back on a certain day but he got back sooner. I was only a freshman so my mom came to pick me up from school one day and when we got to the house, she opened the garage door and my boyfriend was standing there. It was amazing lol.

Maybe you can do something like that? Provided you have a garage door? haha, You could take the kids somewhere, run an errand or something and then come back and have daddy in the garage waiting.

He has been gone for 9 months. I'm so ready for him to be back here. These last few days are driving me insane lol

I'd take the kids to the park or something and push them on the swing...while they are swinging, have DH come up and start pushing them until they notice it is him doing it and not you :-D

I think the park idea wins!

My brother came home for R&R and no one knew he was in cuz he didnt tell anyone he walked home and got a few rides. he knocked on the door instead of coming in.

I think the park is a good idea. My mom will have the girls while I go get my husband. I'll just meet her at the park. Ahh I can't wait to see their faces!
