Just started today. Also stopped junk food, cut back on pop, drink more water and have been walking 40-60 min a day. Hoping I see major improvement don't have a scale or way to measure inches but pics can help show a difference I am 5'7" 180 or so last time I checked. Size 15. Hoping to get to 140 or size 7 even if it takes 4 months lol
I keep threatening myself to do this again to lose the baby weight from my daughter -but then my inner lazy tells me to shut up and shoves food in my mouth.
I really need to find the motivation to start up again. I'm 5'4 and 153lbs. Pre-pregnancy weight is 129lbs..
Major kudos to you ladies!! Reading back in this thread and seeing results might actually make me more motivated to try, try again. (but.. I'm still refusing to give up my cola addiction!)
Hey everyone, I have 2 boys 4yrs and 8 months, I'm on day 4 started at 157lbs and today weighed 153.6lbs yay me. I want to get down to atleast to 140 so 13 more pounds to go, I would love to feel comfortable in my clothes and not worry about my belly hanging over my pants.
