I'm just impatient I guess - I can see myself working out really hard and I'd like to see more 'evident' results, ya know?
I used to do kickboxing for many years, I'm a certified green belt.. this was pre-kiddo though, those workouts were killer, but I was toned -everywhere-.. I don't expect to get the same body back, but some more evident definition would be awesome, by the end of this workout program that is.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here on gaga and am on day 8 of the shred.
I'm a mother of 2 boys, 4 years and 8 months. My goal is to gain back all of the muscle I've lost over the past 4-5 years and lose a little weight.
I'm 5'7 1/2" and currently around 158-160lbs. I carry my weight well but havre entry been put on high blood pressure medication! I'm only 28! I was diagnosed with mild Pre E during my 2nd pregnancy and it never went back down to a normal range after delivery :/
I want to do the shred for myself, to kick start a healthier lifestyle, and build my self esteem. I'll be happy with ANY results whether it be in inches lost or weight drop.
