My name is Nicole. Im 26 (27 in almost 2 month).
Im 5'1 and right now weigh 138. Id love to lose 30 pounds by my birthday! I was up to 162 the day I had my youngest DD (3 months ago).
I have a lot of belly fat to lose after having 3 beautiful daughters in 3 years (had c-sections with all 3 too)!

So, as you can see I have a lot of belly fat to lose before I can tone up.

But I think I'd get better results with the 30 Day Shred than 10 Minute Trainer

here is her meal plan. it doesn't say the portion sizes on it though.
but, i am sure you can find out what the correct portion sizes are on google or something along those lines.

but my fiancé & i are moving out in a little over a month & then i will be all by my lonesome. lol

Still letting people join? I've been doing the shred for 3 weeks now, I've lost 10 pounds with a healthy diet. I need to lose about 50 more pounds.  
I need to get on board with a motivation thread. I'm trying to lose 16 pounds by June 1st for my Disney vacation.

I wanna join! I'm Leslie. I'm 30 years old and I have 4 kids. Two 7 year olds, a 6 year old, and a 5 month old. I want to lose weight and tone my stomach. I've lost 16 lbs since January. I'm almost halfway to where I want to be. Most importantly, I want to finish this. I've started it before but never finished it. I'm hoping that this thread will help keep me motivated to finish it.   Is there a specific day that everyone is starting?

I am soo out of shape. It's gonna take me days to get to the full 20 min work out. I think my 30 day shred is gonna take longer than 30 days. lol

I am starting mine the 2nd when it arrives in the mail.

no. this thread is open up to people whenever they choose to start. : ) I wouldn't see why people couldn't choose a 30 day shred buddy though, that starts the same day together, for extra motivation!
