Weird bumps on tongue?

So I noticed I have a few little painful bumps on the end of my tongue .. I went to look in the mirror and I have these HUGE bumps/blister things on the back of my tongue and a red rash on the back of my throat. What the hell is this? I've had strep before and I usually get big ol' blisters and no rash ... I've also had canker sores before and they are nothing like this. I thought about oral thrush but I don't have a white film. Here's a pic - sorry if it's gross .. lol

Did you eat something extremely hot? TBH is looks like enlarged taste buds and the "red rash" type thing could be irritation from eating too hot of food.

Lol .. most definitely not an STD. I ate a banana yesterday, and I'm thinking maybe now I'm allergic to bananas? I was fine until I ate it.

It could e from the acid of the banana!

Nothing that I don't normally eat ... I've been getting leg cramps so I've been trying to eat bananas for extra potassium .. but otherwise just my normal diet

Yep, they come standard with every tongue.  

everyone has those big bumps at the back of their throat, as for the little bumps in your mouth, sounds like inflammed taste buds. they hurt, but they will go away within a day or two
