IM 33WEEKS AND MY BABY HEAD IS ALREADY FACED DOWN AND IV BEEN HAVING MILD CONTRACTIONS WHAT DOES THAT MEAN

your getting ready for labour.. braxton hicks... if they get closer together and stronger.. call your DR.... your a little early for dilevery

WHY ARE YOU YELLING

Your body is getting ready for labor.

That is normal. It's called Braxton hick contractions and they are not really doing anything but getting your uterus ready for labor and delivery. My son was head down at 33 weeks and I would get those once an hour. As I got closer to my due date the intensity and the amount they came increased. Unless you have more than 5 an hour then I would go to L&D. But your doctor should of discussed this with you.

Yeah you're not due yet. False labor isn't real labor.

False labor? How so? Are the contractions bad? Just because the baby's head is down doesn't mean you are in labor. Do you expect them to induce you or something? I'm confused.

How many do you get in an hour? How much time inbetween?

Does it really hurt or are they just uncomfortable and your tummy is just tight???

Your baby isn't trying to come out your body is just preparing itself for labor. If your doctor isn't worried, you shouldn't be either.
