information of abortion

My best friend just found out she is pregnant last week. She isnt more than 6 weeks at the most. She doesn't have any medical insurance and is sure she wants an abortion. What are her options? Since she's this early will she be able to have the pill form rather than the surgical abortion? Please no rudeness, I just don't know a thing about it and neither does she. We live in ohio, if that makes a difference! Thanks for any info!

im sad to hear she wants an abortion but check out the local planned parent hood they can let you know the options and choose whats best good luck

I agree with calling planned parenthood, they'll be able to tell her what her options are and should be able to help her with paying for it. Best of luck to her.

Ohio did just pass that heartbeat law where if they can hear the heartbeat it's illegal, so tell her to contact planned parenthood right away.

They should be able to tell her about her different options as far as paying for it goes too, it's different in every state, I've never been in this position but I do know most of them have resources to help if a woman needs it.

Wtf??? That's horrible!

I just googled to make sure I was right that it had passed and I found that it definitely passed the Ohio house of representatives, but I'm not sure if it's officially a law yet. But, OP I would definitely try to get her in right away just in case!
