It wont let me post tickers

it keeps saying that i need to click below in the area i want it but it will only work if i put it over a previous ticker...wth am i doing wrong lol HELP please =) thanks!

I always add the links in the html area....

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, ALSO HAVING A PROBLEM ADDING A PROFILE PICTURE.
