is anyone using a post partum belly band to get the hip bones back into the right place? Does anyone know which ones are supposed to be the best?

Congrats, he's adorable!!
And thanks! I've been having strong contractions since this morning. Been having to squat and breathe through them, but their timing seems to be fluctuating from closer together to further apart.. it's crazy! I feel like I'm going to be in labor for days.. ahhhh!!

DS biliruben is 7.5 which is in the 95% tile (overachiever!) this means we might have to stay in the hospital an extra day. They also want to supplement with formula . So far we said no but we will look at the results of the next test.

I feel like we are in a cycle of under the lights = only BF every 3 hours which leads to less biliruben clearing. If I could take him home and breast feed outside he would get the light and breastfeeding at the same time.

TMI but yesterday I started having what seems like more discharge & I saw more pieces of my mucous plug & around midnight tonight I started contracting & around 1 I had diarrhea I'm still crampy & I have a backache. This sucks. Is this normal? I've been drinking plenty of ice water so I'm not dehydrated & I didn't eat anything that would have torn my stomach up

That's how mine were. Every other was 3.5 then 1.5 apart. It eventually evened out to about 2 apart but that's how they started. No 20 minute apart here.

Hahhaha thanks. It's hurting my back so bad lol.
Went walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs and walked for about 45 minutes last night... Hopefully we can get things started!

Update!! I was 1cm and cervix was still thick, baby at -2 station for the last 3 weeks. Today I am 2cm and 50% effaced, baby at 0 station and my water bag is bulging! LOL! Yay! progress!
