I've been having terrible spasms, cramps(like charlie horses), & extreme achiness in my hip/lower spine area for a couple months now. Sometimes I can't even roll out of bed by myself. It is extremely painful. I wish I had the money for a chiropractor! I'm not sure how much they could do though because I have a slight curve in my spine(it only really bothers me whenever I put on extra weight)

I tried it out fully tonight & just did basic hip exercises & I feel a lot better than I did before I used it. It works great as a seat as well lol get one! I got mine at walmart for $8.77 plus tax. It came with a little pump & everything

Oh, I'm sorry :/ Increasing calcium intake has helped me with having horrible cramps & stuff.. And eating a banana every day helps with the Charley horse pains! I get the chiropractor free right now through medicaid.. I hope my hips don't go back to being horrible after I'm not pregnant anymore though!
Wow... I was thinking that the birthing balls cost a lot more than that!! Maybe I'll get one too just for labor

A birthing ball is just a yoga ball! I got mine at Big Lots for $5! Best thing ever. I didn't use one during my labor though so I'm interested to see how it works this time

My drs appointment went well today. Apparently I had a group b strep test done when I got my pap smear awhile back so they aren't going to do another one. I'm measuring a week ahead(nothing new)but one of the nurses told me I looked like I was 38 weeks so I feel a little chunky lol

My apt went well today. They said everything is on point, but that I'm a little swollen. She thinks it's associated with being at work and on my feet a lot. Thank God though, that there are no issues because of it. There were a lot of people scarying me about being too swollen and having to possibly induce.
my OB said that because I havent been complaining of any contractions they wouldnt check to see if i was dilated. I was kinda bummed because I just wanted to know if i was. ahh well. i just cant wait to have him!!!

I thought they were only supposed to check for group b from 35-37 weeks? I didn't think they could check prior to that, otherwise you might not have it, and then get it?
