Congrats on the baby girl! I'm due with my second girl on the 3rd and I'm in Lusby, MD!! Are you delivering at Calvert? I am this time around. I had my first daughter at Annapolis. Small world!

I feel like she'll say anything to break me down- I think I'm going to transfer. I had a long talk with my husband last night & he's over me being so stressed out while I'm pregnant.

If transferring is an option you should definitely do it. You should be able to relax and enjoy your pregnancy not deal with BS. How are you feeling?

You work at a bank?

I work for a big bank in Aus in a call centre. Although it's just temporary filler work before I can continue my career (after kids).

I'm great, still have an annoying cough but feeling so much better. We've narrowed down first names to Gus or Clifton (Cliff). No idea on middle names! My son's middle name is a little different - Caspian - so I'd like to do something a little different.

What does your hubby think of Violet? I remember you saying you loved it but you weren't sure if the hubby was sold on it yet. Any middle names?

I love Clifton! I hope you feel better. Yes I work for a big bank in the US, I love my job, I just hate feeling like I'm always doing something wrong. Violet Ella is going to be her name- Ella was DHs grandma that passed away. He still doesn't call her Violet- but he responds when I call her that   its a work in progress

Some men can take a while to warm up to something that they know they will like

I like the security of working in a bank but I know what you mean about feeling like you're always doing something wrong... For me not just even with sick leave.

There's intense pressure on the phones... I'm not even in a sales role, just general enquiry service but they push you to such a high standard and listen to so many calls get in trouble if logged out too much, go into voluntary idle between calls for too long or call times are too high. Turn over rate is so high but our bank caters to over 50% of the Aus population.

We're kicking butt in customer service across all the banks and our particular team is ranking highest out of all the bank's call centres for customer satisfaction surveys woot. Stressful but satsifying. Definitely why I couldn't do it long term.
