You could have mastitis, my doctor said knots and flu symptoms are a sign. Ask your doctor.

Yep sounds like mastitis.
I had Brayden weighted again, he was 7.14, 2.5 weeks ago. He was 9.07 today and took in 2 ounces in 10 mins!

Actually just left my 6wk pp appt and yes it was mastitis. .doctor gave me a prescription. ..

I figured it took a few days. My supply just gradually went up when I used it. Think you have a clogged duct or something?

Yep.. sure does. .. I have a heat compress on it now. .. but I can tell Street 3 antibiotic pills its starting to feel somewhat better. . If it's notgetting better by Friday I'm supposed to call back. .

2 months old today!

10lbs 12oz - 24 inches. Had shots this morning. Big brother was so sad for him!

That pic is adorable! Glad things are going well for you. I'm spending my breaks pumping too. It sucks to have to eat lunch locked in a room with a pump on my boobs but that's what I have to do in order to have time for both.
