I wake at 6 too bc he usually eats during that, takes 20 mins for hair, and I've got to pump too. I like to leave by 715 to do a little work at school before it starts. It's a 25 minute drive.

Dex only sleeps 2-3 hour stretches most days/nights. My sil told me she would add cereal to his bottle to make him sleep longer. It's tiring but there isn't any need to add cereal to his diet yet. Some dr's recommend it for specific reasons but most babies won't need it.

Dex gets his Thursday. I have to work. Daddy is taking the boys by himself...he's nervous. I don't think he's ever taken a kid to get shots! I told him don't worry..just nurse him after and he'll be fine

The nurses always held my oldest. Then handed him back to me for soothing. They seemed to calm faster that way. I told DH to have my oldest go first. If he hears the baby cry...it might psych him out! He's just said "uhh ow!" the past 2 years! lol

I'm scared for my boobs too. I have big boobs....I don't want them to deflate. Small is fine but deflated? Nooo!

I was sooo sick yesterday. Think from engorgement.. my boobs were knotted. .and I would go from chills to sweats. . So me and LO stayed in bed and nursed all day... I dont know if the fenugreek works immediately or takes a while bc I hadnt had this problem at all.. DS is 6wks.. needless to say I didn't take a single pill yesterday. . Boob still feels knotted but when I pumped didn't ger much compared to yesterday.
