re: ~Official December 2012 Due Date Thread~

I had to leave work early today because the babysitter called and said my 3 year old son was having an allergic reaction to his lunch. The right side of his face was red and he had hives. His eye was bloodshot and swollen. It took me about 30 minutes to get there. In that time it mostly went back to normal. All they did was have a wet cloth on it. I brought him home and gave him some Benadryl. His face is fine now but he's throwing up and has diarrhea. I can't win with this kid. Tomorrow was probably going to be my last day at work but now either me or my hubby will have to stay home with him.

Hey ladies   I had Kinnon Jude on Dec 5th   He is so perfect, and it was a great birth. I dilated to a 9 with my water intact, midwife broke my water, a couple hours later he was born in my bedroom

Hah I'm sure EVERYONE on my FB thinks I'm annoying as hell. They probably thought that throughout all of my pregnancy, too

Gah they are chubby! Love! Mine is on his way there it seems! lol

Dexter slept from 12:30-7:30 today. Woke up to eat at 4 but went right back! Been quite awake (for a baby) on and off since with bathtime, feeding, and daddy getting home. Falling asleep on boob now so i'm hoping he sleeps well tonight!

That sucks! For emergency purposes you should let the babysitter know the proper dosage of Benedryl to give him because children food allergies can be fatal. My son had a reaction to a candy bar that had peanut butter in it & he's not allergic to peanuts, it was so weird. My son is also allergic to Labradors... Well he plays with my cousin's dogs at the park & he's fine but when we go to her house he has really bad hives!
