I just talked to my friend who said she went into full blown active labour after having the cervadil inserted and the girl in the next bed did too. So hopefully that will do the trick and I can avoid the fetal monitoring/pitocin drip.

I'll probably ask them to try that next week if I'm still pregnant...I want to do anything to avoid the pitocin (which I had with my first). My OB said we'll start talking induction at 41.5 weeks...

Yes. I would be pissed. Then again, I'm pissed at my husband a lot lately. I'm almost hoping Riley comes this week just to spite him. Mostly though, I just want my baby in my arms instead of my belly.

Had my membranes stripped yesterday. It's been about 15 hrs. I know losing the plug means nothing but I just lost it when I went pee...so gross. First time outta 3 kids I've ever seen it. Anywho, had a bunch of slimy blood when I wiped which looked just like what I had just before my water broke with my last baby. My back hurts so bad. I was a 4 when I was checked yesterday & am on pins & needles wondering if it's finally go time. Guess I need to be patient a couple more hours

Best taken fresh and raw. Statistically speaking, the chemicals which pineapple contain, which are said to start labor aren't very high. So that means about 7 pineapples should put you into labor!

Yuck. I hate pineapple.

I'm having a lot of problems GETTING the boob in her mouth   I'm pumping & formula feeding right now. It is frustrating because I want to breastfeed but it's just not working.

I just got back from my dr appointment and happy about my progress, small compared to a lot of yall but progress none the less.. im estatic to say im 1-2 dilated and 30% effaced after nothing last week.. and he even moved my next week appointment up a day.. YIPPEE!! i do realize i can stay here a while but at least it's something to look forward too.
