I wish I had anything coming out at all   Well other than colostrum. But I can't even barely pump that out. Smurf HURTS though!!!!!!!!!!!!! My boobs are sooo sore

I would pump. If you don't need the milk you pump right away then you can freeze it and have it for later just in case. With my son I would pump and nurse. It was nice because if I was super tired some night my husband could get up and heat up some of my stored milk for the baby. I would pay for it in the morning with sore, engorged breasts but I would get that extra sleep that is so much needed sometimes. I always pumped after nursing too so that I would produce more faster (or at least that is what I was told would happen).

It took 5 days for my milk to come in the first time around!

Yes! Our baby's share birthdays! Congrats Molly!!! My labor started just as yours ended. Hope you are feeling well! I'm doing good. I am very mobile with this recovery!. Waiting for this dang milk to come in! Dexter was on me for nearly 4 hours earlier. Unsatisfied. Hope it comes in SOON!

I will be back to post a picture of both my kids in a minute. Hope to see the same when you can

I'm honestly shocked mine was a 7 lb'er. I figured he'd be at least 8 lbs! Nope! 7.3!

It was 2.5 days for me. I hope it comes tomorrow! Then it'd be 2 days. I'm trying to keep hydrated and fed but it's hard!
