Hi ladies!!! Here is my labor/birth story. (& several pictures!)

Mallory was born yesterday, Dec 7th, after 18 hours in labor. 8lbs 8oz 20 3/4" at 1:29 am.

Soo engorged, should I pump or wait it out...? I can't imagine the pain of pumping with soar nipples but I can't imagine my boobs getting any bigger!!!

If you are nursing, then only hot showers and nursing AND pumping will relieve it.

If you're not nursing then only waiting it out will work and you can try putting cabbage leaves in your bra.

Trust me, I feel your pain right now! I'm nursing on demand plus pumping and my boobs hurt sooooo bad plus my nipples kill me when she latches :/

I don't think it's bad. I did it with my first and it didn't affect my supply and it's going fine this time too.
