I was born 2 days before a full moon and my son was born a day before a full moon. I don't see this one coming before the full moon though.

Hey ladies im 36 weeks and 3 days I am scheduled to get an amnio at 37 weeks have any of you recieved one before? I just wondering if I should expect a lot of pain or if it's pretty easy aka im FREAKING OUT haha I am scheduled to have my baby girl Alice Pearl next tuesday its getting scary!

Two ladies in another pregnancy group I belong to on FB both due more than a week after me had their babies today without induction. I'm a little jealous, I have to say. Now that my boy is head down I'm looking up exercises and walking around all the time to try to get gravity to do me a favor. I haven't had his head pushing down on my cervix like everyone else I know.

That might put your mind at ease. They don't do cervical checks in Australia for that reason. I only had one check my entire first pregnancy and that was to determine that it was time to push when I was in active labour

Dull cramping and sharp pains don't sound like contractions.

Contractions start out as dull menstrual cramps where your entire stomach hardens up, but you can get that from BH early on too...

So the key is - if your stomach is hardening up at the same time and you can time them then it's a true contraction.

So sick of people calling and messaging me to see if I've had the baby. This didn't happen last time!

Today my mum has rung twice, tried to skype me, my dad phoned, my MIL phoned, my SO phoned twice from work, my SIL phoned, my best friend texted me as well as a few other random friends! Arghhh. Frustrating.

Annoying thing is that I won't be induced if I go overdue, so I could have potentially another three weeks of this. I might just unplug the phones and internet and leave a note on the front door, lol.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that. My friend was due two days ago and hasn't had her baby yet but she hasn't been texting me I have been texting her to ask how she is, but don't wanna keep bugging her for that reason!

It must be so frustrating.
