If you tell your Dr he/she will put you on disability sooner! I use to be a supervisor at Fry's Electronics & know labor laws. They have to accommodate you!

Good morning ladies! How is everyone doing? I had my 37 week u/s yesterday and baby girl is doing good and is head down ready to go! They said she weighs about 6lbs 14 oz! My oldest daughter was only 5lbs 11oz at birth (40w 2d) so I can't imagine a bigger baby, lol. I know the weights can be off so I'm not 100% sure she's going to weigh too much over 7lbs. Here is a pic of my princess!

I have 24 days to go.... Hallelujah!!!!! I am on short term disability since 2 weeks ago and doc put me on partial bed rest (still have two kids to take care of) and it kinda sucks. ....I can say it has helped a lot not having to work. After I have her I will be on STML for 12 weeks...(Yay!! for that).

Wow! That's so cute  

My bump has definitely grown in the last few days!!
The skin on my belly has felt really stretched. I won't know how much it's grown until they measure me at my next midwife appointment on Thursday. An hoping my blood pressure has gone back to normal then aswell as it was higher last week.

The thought of child birth still scares the hell out of me I still don't feel ready for it! I only have five weeks left now and that just seems crazy! I was lucky with my last labour it was only nine hours and did it with just has and air and had him in the water. It was a great labour and an amazing experience but it still doesn't make me feel any better about doing it all over again! Hopefully this time will be just as good but quicker!

That is insane!! Are you at least getting holiday pay?! That would make it worth it but they should have at least scheduled you late in the day on black friday as a precaution.

I worked at Goody's when I was pregnant with my son and they had me work 2-10 on black friday and it wasn't busy at all. Just cleaned up the mess lol
