Not all that is extra for being married to you. He just gets more BAH than soldiers without dependents. So only a little bit of that 800 for bah is extra for him being married, not all of it. The food money, aka bas, doesnt change no matter if he is married or not. Only COLA would change, which you dont receive in Missouri.
Also if it has been that long and you really think he wont sign the papers because he gets extra money for dependents, you really should be contacting his command and telling them. As long as you are still married, you are entitled to a certain percentage of his BAH. Just an FYI.

Well here is the thing and your gonna think I am a complete moron but I dont know his unit or anything like that and since I live in Arkansas I cant go and talk to his sgt or anything like that. I have been truying to figure it out and it aint easy. I have soem of his military papers back home in indiana in my brothers garage but I cant get him to go get them for me lol. So I am in a bit of a situation lol. a silly one at that

Did you know anyone in MO that can help you out? You can also try looking up the base website...every base has their own website. They should have a list of numbers on the website. If you call base information just tell them you are trying to get a hold of your husbands unit and give them his name and they might be able to help you. It would really help if you know his MOS (job he does), rank, and ss#. If you could somehow find out what unit he is in, you could find his unit's phone number on the base website. Good luck with everything! I hope you are able to get your divorce soon and move on! That would be so irritating!
