you are right, I went to school last semester all the way until the week i had my baby. i'm not gonna blame my baby for the reason i didnt finish school

This thread backfired in a BIG way....wow.

I think it is comical. I am a bad mother if my child is cared for by another person, 4 days a week?
Perhaps she should put her child in daycare so she can go out and get an education beyond 4th grade.
I always viewed both of my parents working as independance. I am equally independant. I will teach my son the same values.
The same values and expectations are not the same for each family, and to say such a thing is moronic.

My husband and i discussed this not too long ago. There's an alternative school that kids go to when they pretty much GIVE UP at HS. Well while the rest of us bust our asses to get our diplomas going 7 hours a day. These kids go maybe 3 or 4 hours and STILL GET THE SAME DIPLOMA! I find it incredibly ridiculous they should be getting their GED. I'm sorry I just find it unfair to the rest of us who word hard for our HS diplomas.
