oh ok well im not really that worried that he isnt going to like what i give him but more so does it matter as far as allergies go? i know part of why they tell you to give them rice is because its a very low allergen so i didnt know if it mattered if you just skipped rice and went to fruits and veggies

I had a March baby and am going to make her foods!! Baby Bullet here I come!!! We also delay solids a little as her sister I did them early and she has some food allergies! Ugh. Plus Ryleigh(newest baby) has obese grandparents on her fathers side so nothing extra in my girls food

I had made homemade avocado yesterday, and well, it has to be the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I am actually wondering If it may have been ripe enough? The "meat" was a darker green color, but it was easy to scrape out. So today, I cut another one up just to see, and it was a greenish yellow color inside, with a dark green around where the skin joins the meat.
What do you look for in the meat of a ripe avocado? I am debating on whether to feed DD the previous one I made.

Does anyone use an omega 8004 juicer to make baby food? In a blender or juicer setting, how do you mamas make it no stringy or water. Mine never turn out like purees. At least where they are at a better consistency.
