Government insurance does not pay for fertility meds I could have gotten a prescription (but paid out of pocket for it) I did not need fertility meds I was just there being that I had female issues ... so I had to get labs done which was covered but fertility meds are not

I would have had to pay

Again you are assuming, i don't want him going around telling people i'm on fertility meds which is just what i got done saying i am a woman i do not want my private info out there.

And my husband and me are not TTC at the moment we will be as soon as we can get our debt under some kind of control, which should be soon when we do get it under control we will get a RE i have state insurance because i have a number of health issues.

Right, just seems like you have crappy governement insurance stuck with a Dr and are checking things out for when you are able to get TTC, ehh seems pretty simple to me

but whatever hope they switch you soon I know how it is

wait what?

I did not get fertility meds off the internet and i am not complaining lol i had governement insurance when i was way younger lol this is a long time ago i am now married with real insurance and paid for my own treatment after yrs of dealing with endometreosis

i was a teenager and my gyn just so happen to be a fertility specialist i got NO fertility assistance back then just labs which helped diagnose me so i think you misunderstood i was just giving the OP my experience with government insurance

so ... again what

Sorry. I misunderstood. But I have real insurance, and still had to pay for everything out of pocket. I can't believe people buy clomid online. Its on the 9 dollar list at walmart for crying out loud.

Yeah I bought diet pills lost a ton of weight and pain pills off a popular pharmacy site .. had no issues but I can see how people would be cautious of it

This is why people go online because lots of people do not get to see a Dr insurance is expensive so how will they get an prescription? most people do not have insurance, so you go online and get it

i'm watching ladies do this on youtube right now

I had insurance and still had to pay for everything out of pocket. Its so incredibley dangerous to screw around with fertility medication without being monitored. Like I said, I could of died or lost an ovary. And IMO, if you can't afford to pay the fertility doctor then maybe you shouldn't be trying to get pregnant. I know from experience how inexpensive it can be to see an RE, and I also know how expensive it can get depending on the severity of the condition. My husband and I had to sacrafice a lot to be able to afford our treatments. We aren't rich at all, but we found a way to pay for it all.
