Is it safe to drink alcohol ?

All my family and friends say its safe to have like 1 or 2 .. Is that true ?

A glass of wine is fine. At your age though i wouldn't suggest it.

I've heard drinking a glass of wine or one shot of hard liquor a day is safe but I think that's really if you were already drinking regularly before a pregnancy. Honestly, I wouldn't completely trust it.
