my Husband chose pot over me and our baby.......VENT

I'm considered a very high risk pregnancy and im only 6 weeks. Well today my husband decided he would rather smoke pot than be w/ me. He knew how i felt about drugs before we even got together. He came home stoned!!! He know im not suposed to have any stress and he pulls this crap!! I told him to get the smurf out!! Now hes saying he doesnt want anything to do w/ our baby unless i take him back. I live at home w/ my dad whos very sick and we have no money. he took our car and now i have no way to get to the doc or anything. I'm scared of going through this pregnancy on my own ( it'll be my first, but I have 3 angle babies). Idk what to do. I never thought i'd be a single mom. I don't know if i could forgive him. Him telling me he doesnt want anything to to w/ our baby cuz were not together pisses my off!! but i dont want my child not to have a father. I'm so upset and confused

Try to talk it out with him. And try your best not to get too upset. There are FAR worst things he could have done.

I don't have a problem with weed. As long as bills and everything else is taken care of it doesn't bug me. I don't really think of weed as a drug though so I guess my opinion doesn't count lol.

He's a douche, but if you knew he was a pothead before you two got married or had a child, then it's a dumbass on thing on your part as well. It sounds like he's immature and needs to grow up. You and your baby will be better off without him. You can always find a way to the doctor and being a single mother sucks ass sometimes, but it's a hell of a lot better than being miserable with someone.

Could be much worse then getting stoned! Maybe with all the financial problems and having a child is getting to his head so he wants to release some stress by getting stoned once in awhile. He isnt doing it around you and the baby or anything...

You shouldn't have to settle, and seriously drugs aside, if he could walk away from you and say that he doesn't want anything to do with the baby if you aren't together, he's a piece of smurf anyway.
