Sleeping Issue?
posted 19th Apr
Soi'm having with sleeping.I do it mainlywhen i'm pregnant, butI will do it every so often.I find that when i'm sleeping I will sit up and cross my legs and lean over (like your streching) and falll back to sleep. So after 30 minutes of sleeping like that my legs are asleep and i have to wait for the wonderful tingling to stop. Does anyone else have this issue? It gets soo annoying, i will do this sometimes a couple of times a night?

i've never experianced this, but it doesn't mean it's uncommon... or doesn't occour.. ps: we're due the same day... and you live in my hometown.. good luck! and try sleeping on your left side with a pillow between your legs... its reccomended by the ob here at camp pen for reasons like relieving leg cramps, if you lay on your back the weight of the baby and the amnio will put unneeded pressure on your vital organs and wont allow as much food digetsion to occur while you sleep. you shouldn't sleep on your tummy (4 obvious reasons) and for some reason i keep heraing sleep on your left side...dunno what its a bout but you should try it.. it has worked for me the past 2 nights.. i put the pillow lenght wise at the crotch of my legs and roll over.. and BAM im out.. hope this helps a lil and good luck!
