I love doing nails & getting my nails done!   I know I sometimes go to a salon and get them done (which is how they are currently) but there are times that I just can't afford it (lol) or I get bored w/ the acrylics and I will get them taken off and do them myself at home. I know I got TONS of nail polish plus I got a bunch of those nail polishes w/ the really thin brushes that is used for just drawing designs ya know.

I know right now I got some black acrylic tips w/ a white & silver design on them, but it's about time for a fill-in and I'm thinking of going 'natural' and just getting some plain white tips next time   But I'm glad I found this thread...I love anything to do w/ nails so this is a perfect thread for me! YAY! Hope you ladies have a great day!

I bought and acrylic nail kit last night and a couple nails came out ok and a couple are so bad its not even funny my cam is charging ( going to my sisters this weekend) or i would take a picture of them

Soooooooooooooooooo MAD   I have been under alot of stress lately so my anxiety is through the roof.. My nails are GONE   I have chewed them down to the stubs   Sooo upset i have let them grow and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I do that sometimes. I used to bite my nails so bad they would bleed but when I quit smoking I quit biting them. When I am stressed I take it out on my pinky nail.

My mother in law bought me some AWESOME nail growth stuff - I break my nail;s a lot chasing three boys, digging in dirt, playing tag, etc... I break them and put this stuff on and within a day or two they are significantly longer...I LOVE this stuff! It runs about $8 but totally worth it.

So has anyone on here tried that new 'Salon Express' or 'Salon Perfect' (whatever it's called LOL) nail design kit yet?

I know they have been showing the commercials for it on TV ever since right before Christmas time, and just the other day I saw that Walmart here in my town just got them in stock - and they're just $10!

Just wondering if anyone has used it and if it REALLY does what it says/shows it does on TV? I know they can make ANYTHING look good and easy to do on TV so that is why I ask LOL. I know for just $10 it seems like a really good deal if you can REALLY do what it shows ya know, cause I've been wanting to get it ever since I seen them advertise it on TV - but I would be mad if I got it and it not work or something. I mean yeah, it's just 10 bucks but still...why waste your time & money if it doesn't work like it's supposed to. So yeah, just seen if anyone has got it and tried it out - and if so, what is your feedback on it? Easy to use, too much hassle, POS that's not worth the money, etc.? LOL.
