25 weeks 5days

Sunday I had a emergency C-section an @ 5:30 a.m Malia Lashay Campbell came into the world weight 1pd an 9oz 12in long.She is doing very well she had a breathing tube but they took it out an she went to the Cpas.Well Wednesday night she start having these little espoides of forget to breath so they give her some caffeine(they said that its make the brain remember to breath) well after they give her the caffeine she was still having the espoides so they put her on the virltor an now she is doing good .She is having her first feed today I am so HAPPY  .

Aww congrats and good luck! My son had sleep apnea epidsodes...hopefully she grows out of them fast. Way to go sounds like she is doing great!

Im praying for your baby to do well. Im too a mommy of a preemie.. Don't worry they are true fighters.. my son made it..he was 4 1/1 pounds born at 34 weeks.. and he is 3 now. I have a ousin who had her baby at the same gestational age as you..she was 1 and a half pounds and I wish you saw her now.. God will be with your baby. Good luck and I wish you the best with your daughter!! Let us know how your baby progresses.

Thank to all of yall . I just called to check on her she is doing good they are about to take the breathing tube out an put her back on the Cpas yay!!! But they are not going to feed her   today because they don't want to do two big things in one day .But her Nurse said that they are going to feed her in the Morning so I am still happy.

I have another issuse I want to provide breast milk for her but my supply is not the greatst I put like 1 oz everytime I pump an I don't want them to give her formula so.............................I just don't know what to do.

Sometimes complementing with formula is best.. for my son the formula they gave him was special to make him gain weight rapidly... I did complement with breastmilk when I took him home with me.. but in my case with him.. formula gave him all that my breastmilk didnt have and he gained weight rapidly.. but I did breastfeed him too cuz I was passing him the much needed white blood cells.. so try to pump as much as you can..they can give your baby both your milk (which she needs for her imune system) and the formula to give her the "extra" that your breast milk doesnt have. Give the nurse your breastmilk. And yeah..formula too. it worked so well with my son. Good luck momma!!

Here is my son newborn at 4 and a half ppouns and at 3 months like 8 or 10 pounds...(dont rememebr but something in there) Good luck.. your baby is doing very well then for what you say!! What a blessing!! Hope you have more good news to come!!

Im glad to hear that your lil girlis doing well!! Babies are true blessings and you need to stay strong for her and take care of urself!
