Low Blood Pressure

Today I went to the nurse office at my job because I feel really weak and cold all over. She said I have low blood pressure. She said I need to drink plenty of fluids, but does anyone else know about low blood pressure.

i had low blood pressure through my pregnancy and ijust felt light headed a lot. it really helped me to drink gatorade and when i stand up just take it slow. the main thing they told me what to keep hydrated and i should be good.

Mine always runs on the low side,so I have to be SUPER careful about my fluid intake. I have actually had a couple of instances where a nurse could not get a reading when I was dehydrated. Just really push your fluid intake.

It's not a bad thing to have lower blood pressure. But when you get too low it's hard for blood to be delivered to your organs. Hence why you are lightheaded and dizzy. Drink some Gatorade... the electrolytes should help.
